Have you ever wondered what it would be like to visit the Land of the Rising Sun? Are you interested in learning about one of the oldest and most advanced countries in the world? Whether you are looking to explore a different culture, or are a Japanese history buff, these five sites are a must-see for your next trip to Japan.

  1. Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park: This Japanese staple consists of the famed Mount Fuji, Fuji Five Lakes, Hakone, and the Izu Islands. With stunning and peaceful nature views and beautiful blossoming flowers–this park is logically the most visited national park in all of Japan. Be sure to take a moment to soak in the Shiraito Falls, which were named a World Heritage Site back in 2013.
